DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Delivery Policy
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.

Please be aware of that we ship from several warehouse locations and therefore, in some cases, you will receive multiple shipments/deliveries on your order. There are certain instances when we need to gather in items from our other distributor warehouses before we can ship your complete order. Most items that need to be sourced from our other supply warehouses will take 1-3 days for us to receive. Occasionally, it can take 4-5 business days. We will notify you when this is the case.
If several items with a different delivery date or dispatch date have been added, the delivery will be determined by the latest delivery date.
Please note that we are unable to offer any delivery services other than the listed options at the website.

Shortages & Damage
Please advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 7 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Deposits
On any non-stock special order item, we reserve the right to charge a deposit of 100 euro or 50% of order value to the customers credit/debit card, which is non-returnable in the event of cancellation, based upon the customers implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf.
