Ways to pay online on MXestore

We accept:

Credit/Debit card
PayPal
Klarna

as methods of online payment.

When we take payment
Once you have placed your order and have submitted your details we will request authorisation from your bank and release payment if authorisation is given.
Please Note: MXestore does NOT store any of your personal financial details; all of our transactions are handled by third party, secure payment gateways.

Reducing the risk of authorisation being refused by your card issuer:

• Make sure you have entered the correct details and match those registered to your account.
• Ensure that the card that you are using is registered to the billing address
• If you are placing an order that is high in value, you may consider informing your bank before placing the order
• Make sure that the card you are using has not exceeded the expiry date

Paying by Credit Card
If you choose to pay by credit card you will be sent to our secure payment form where you are able to enter your card details. Once you have submitted your details we will request payment authorisation from your bank and then release payment once this is obtained.

Paying By PayPal
If you choose to pay by PayPal you will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete your transaction. Once you have submitted your PayPal details, Payment will be released after authorisation has been given.

Using a Gift Card (E-Gift Card/Electronic certificate or Voucher)
We have Gift Cards (which is available for purchase as electronic certificates) between € 20 to € 100 Euro. If you decide to pay using these, you will be given a prompt to do so before you choose your payment method. The full value of the certificate will be deducted from the total order value before any payment is taken.
