Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most European countries. To see a full list of the countries we ship to, can be found when selecting the shipping region dropdown on the shopping cart page.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Processing times vary based upon the product. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours and we always do our best to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible! Please allow 3 to 7 days for standard delivery and products in stock.
In the event of long deviations, you will be contacted via e-mail, telephone or SMS.
How much does the delivery and shipping cost?
Well, we actually offer free delivery in some North European countries on orders over € 200 Euro. Otherwise delivery costs depend on your location, we try our best to keep our charges to a minimum amount.
To calculate the shipping for your order, click the 'Buy' button when viewing the product you would like. Then on the “Added to the cart” page select “Proceed to checkout”, now at “Your cart”, you will find cost based on your country and shipping region.
If you have not reached the order amount € 200 for free shipping the shipping cost starts at € 9,99 Euro*.
*Please note, any deliveries are subject to change due to weight of item ordered.
A flat shipping fee of € 9.99 Euro is applied on our standard delivery up to 5 kg (5000 grams) on countries in Northern Europe except for Norway, UK and Ireland.
On heavier equipment we will give you a quote on shipping cost.
For shipping to some other more remote countries, our countries outside EU, please contact us for a quote.
Who delivers my parcel?
All MXestore orders are delivered by professional logistic companies such as DHL, DPD/Postnord, DB Schenker or UPS. If the parcel is not delivered directly to your address, they will arrive at the postal service centre or depot for delivery. When the parcel arrives at the service centre, you will receive an SMS (cell phone text message); therefore it is important to provide your mobile phone number when ordering.
What are my payment options?
To make the payment process as efficient as possible we accept payment by credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna (depends on which country you live in or which provider you choose).
Payment by card
All information is sent encrypted via SSL, so no outsiders will be able to access your card details. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Card payments are processed by Paypal or Klarna (depends on which country you live in or which provider you choose).
Payment via PayPal
PayPal is a payment service owned by eBay, and boasts over 100 million users worldwide. Hundreds of companies use this service, which is open for both individual and business use. Paying with PayPal is fast and easy. The payment is made in just a few clicks, and the money is immediately transferred to our PayPal account. As the buyer, you do not pay any extra fees.
What currency are the prices on the website?
The Base currency on our website is EUR (Euro). In the menu on the start page, you can choose other currencies. Exchange rates are updated on daily basis.
When will I be charged?
If you pay by PayPal, you will be charged instantly. If you pay by credit/debit card, your bank will immediately authorise the amount of your order. With Klarna you have several options; direct bank transfer, card, invoice or monthly payments.
Are all products in stock?
Our assortment also includes products stocked by our suppliers. Our suppliers have some of the largest inventories of clothing, gear, parts and accessories for Motocross and Enduro. You can see on each product level on a stock feed. Please be aware that this feed is not always instant, and could take some time to update.
How do I find out what size I need?
We try our best to offer as simple size suggestions as possible ie Chest or Waist size. Remember that if you are going to wear your body armour underneath your jacket or shirt you should go for a size larger than you would normally wear. With pants, as a rule of thumb, go for the same size you wear in your day to day jeans. We offer measurement guides on our website for most items, these guide can be found when looking through the description or pictures of your desired product.
How do I know that my order went through?
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation or notification from us, we strongly recommend checking your spam folder. You can always contact us for tracking information, as well.
I want to exchange or return an item. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear if this is the case, but don’t worry, you may return or exchange any standard item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unused and still in its original packaging. We will not charge any return fees if you decide to return an unwanted item after 30 days after you placed your order.

Size exchanges on gear (clothes and protection) are also free (within 30 days).
I made a return, how long until I will receive a refund?
Assuming your return has been received and processed, you will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving your items here with us.
Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, at order@mxestore.com or by telephone +46 (0)40 84800
If your order is in the midst of being processed, or has already been dispatched, then we are unable to accommodate cancellations. You must send the products back as returns.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
When you receive your order, it is important to inspect the condition of the parcel immediately. Should the packaging be damaged in any way, please bring this to the attention of the delivery driver. NOTE: It is important that you make a proper damage claim. Be sure to get a confirmation of damage from the courier and then contact Customer Service at order@mxestore.com or by telephone +46 (0)40 84800.
We thoroughly inspect every item before it is sent to you. Should a product be damaged upon delivery, please send detailed pictures order@mxestore.com so this matter can be promptly resolved.
I received the wrong product. What do I do now?
In the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong product(s), please contact Customer Service at order@mxestore.com to discuss how the situation will be rectified. This usually goes by the way that you receive a Return number and fill in the Return form before shipping the product(s) back to us.
Always check before mounting parts to ensure they will properly fit your bike. We are not responsible for the consequential damage of installing faulty parts or products sent in error. Compensation for defective or incorrect items is limited to the purchase price of the product.
What if my parcel is ruined or lost in transit?
All parcels shipped from us are both trackable and insured. Please contact Customer Service at order@mxestore.com to arrange a refund or replacement.
Is the dispatch of my order delayed?
If dispatch of your order is delayed, you will be notified via e-mail, phone call or SMS. As the customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase. We do everything in our power to satisfy you. There are, however, limited circumstances in which delays are unavoidable, such as when a supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us.
How long do newsletter campaign deals last?
Newsletters that are sent by e-mail with campaign deals are for a limited time. Prices are changed back to the orginal price after the campaign ends. Limited to stock amount.
