RETURNS POLICY

At MXestore, we want your return and exchange process to be as easy as possible.
If you're not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days as long as you have notified us within 14 days of receipt. Note that is has to be a standard product and the item hasn’t been fitted or used. So if this is the case that you don’t want the product, just return it to us, using the online Returns form. Make sure that the products are sent back to us, in the original packaging and the goods and the packaging/boxes are in the same unused condition as when you received them.

Once we have recieved your request for a return, you will be provided with a Return number that needs to be filled in on the returns paper slip.  
Once you have a returns number you can then download the returns paper slip to fill in and send back alongside your product(s). You will however need to pay the shipping costs if you decide not to keep the item or change to other size.

-  Items/ Product(s) should be returned unused in their original and resalable condition in order to secure a refund.

-  Items/ Product(s) must be returned complete with all original packaging and the manufacturers labels attached, in good condition and without marks, tape or stickers. Please put the product with its original packaging/box in a second box to protect the original box (we reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

-  When returning clothing, where relevant, the original tags and slips must be in place.

-  Sunglasses and lenses must arrive back to us in as new condition (including all packaging), glasses or lenses received with fingerprints or grease marks etc may be subject to a cleaning fee.

- Any glasses or lenses received back unboxed, or with scratches or any signs of use, will not be accepted.

- We cannot accept any items/products which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.

-  We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

-  MXestore are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

-  All returns must be accompanied by the senders name and address, customer number, return number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice). Please help us to help you by completing the relevant paper returns slip that was mentioned in the beginning and that can be downloaded here.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.  Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and start to process them within 48 hours. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service on order@mxestore.com

If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund DHL or Postnord/DPD Standard Parcel postage costs. Please contact us for any further queries.

Exchange
If your purchase and sizing isn't what you expected it to be and you wish to exchange an item to another size, the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a brand new order for your new item and return the old one to us for a full refund.

Warranty
Please contact us before returning warranty items, our team can sometimes solve some problems, preventing unnecessary delays.

PayPal Return Shipping Cost Refund Service
PayPal will refund your return shipping costs! You just have to activate the Return Shipping Cost Refund Service* on PayPal's page and pay via this method. Once activated you can buy without worrying of expensive return costs. If you receive a product which is not as you expected, PayPal will refund the product's return shipping costs.
